Interesting read, very rarely hotels do think about branding and messaging accross platforms. Specially when they post on Airbnb.

There is a balance between branding and messaging, reflecting the brand and then using the words or verbiage that apply to the audience on the platform. The words can be different based on the audience, yet the message needs to remain the same. Wouldn’t you agree?
